I went to see the specialist last week. I had to get x-rays done of my ankle before the appointment. He already knew what I was going to say before I told him just from the x-rays; that I can’t fully flex my foot towards me, so it makes walking uphill difficult and well as crouching (something you need to do to skate!)

So after my last post of having a great week so far, on the Friday of that week I pulled a something in my lower back / hip area doing a fake 360 shuv.
